Avril Lavigne set for TK Maxx presents Bedford Summer Sessions

Avril Lavigne is set to play TK Maxx presents Bedford Summer Sessions at Bedford Park on June 29.

The ‘Bite Me’ rocker is set to perform her only South England concert of the year at the Bedfordshire park in the East of England.

Fellow Canadian Shania Twain has also been confirmed to headline Chepstow Summer Sessions.

The Grammy-winning country-pop superstar will play her first-ever show in Wales on July 5, with special guest Rag’n’Bone Man.

Tickets for both events go on sale Friday (16.02.24) at 9am.

Sir Tom Jones, James, Nile Rodgers and CHIC, Jess Glynne and DJ Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics are also performing in Bedford.

‘Not Unusual’ hitmaker Tom and Hozier are also playing in Chepstow.

It was also previously confirmed that Tom, Sting, Madness and Bryan Adams are headlining the inaugural Plymouth Summer Sessions.

The legendary musicians will take to the stage with Gabrielle, Blondie, The Lightning Seeds and Cassyette as support for the first ever festival.

The shows will take place at the Plymouth Hoe between June 13 and 16, with the Welsh music legend kicking things off on the Thursday with Gabrielle in support.

‘Summer of ’69’ rocker Bryan will follow the next night with alternative star Cassyette as his special guest, while Madness will take to the stage on June 15 after a set from The Lightning Seeds.

Finally, Sting will close event with Blondie as his support.
