Britain’s Duchess Catherine is planning a house warming party .
The 32-year-old royal, who is currently residing at Kensington Palace with husband Prince William and their nine-month-old son Prince George, is busy putting the finishing touches on their Sandringham estate, according to Express.co.uk.
The brunette beauty – known as Kate Middleton before she married into the Royal Family – is also planning a party at their 10-bedroom mansion in Norfolk, East of England, for their neighbours who’ve contributed to the work in their home.
They are currently preparing to move into the estate and they’ve had extra security including lengthening their driveway.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent a weekend at their Anmer Hall mansion in late January.
They took a break from London life to check up on the builders and the progression of their home, which comes with a swimming pool, a number of tennis courts, and a brand new conservatory adjoining the kitchen.
The house was expected to be finished at the end of last year, but the project overran and the trio are expected to move in imminently.
