The ‘Two and a Half Men’ actor, who is due to welcome his first child with his fiancée Mila Kunis into the world later this year, is said to be selling his bachelor pad because it isn’t baby-proof.
The plush Lake Hollywood Estates abode has been listed for $12 million, an increase from the $8.455 million he bought it for in 2012, TMZ reports.
Boasting five bedrooms and a whopping eight bathrooms, the 9,385 sq. ft home comes with an infinity pool offering stunning views of the Hollywood Hills.
Ashton, who snapped the place up before Justin Bieber could make an offer two years ago, hasn’t has much luck with the home, however, since it was targeted by several ‘swatting’ hoaxes.
