Amy Hart keen to do I’m a Celeb

Amy Hart is up for doing ‘I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’

The former Love Islander – who took part in the 2019 series of the popular dating show – has responded to rumours she has signed up for the first-ever UK edition of the jungle reality show.

And whilst she hasn’t been approached by producers to take part, she wouldn’t say no if the offer came her way.

Speaking about the gossip that she has already signed up, she said: "Well apparently so but I haven’t heard that, I mean I would love to do it. I love reality TV, I’ve been a big fan of Reality TV for years, and I love new experiences and learning new skills.

"There’s not a lot I wouldn’t do, just for fun. I just think where else are you going to get the chance to ballroom dance or ice skate."

Amy told OnlineCasinos.co.uk that she would also be keen to do ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ if the iconic show ever returns to screens.

She said: "Being in a flat on my own not having to talk to anyone for like a week, amazing.

"I think my number one if they ever brought it back, I’d want to be on the first series of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’."

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s ‘I’m a Celeb’ will take place at a haunted castle in North Wales, rather than the Australian jungle.

ITV recently announced plans to stage the show the UK, due to ongoing problems linked to the health crisis.

Kevin Lygo, the broadcaster’s director of television, said: "I’m thrilled that we can bring the show to viewers, albeit not in the jungle.

"We have a great team both on and off screen, and I know they will produce a hugely entertaining series."

ITV Studios’ director of entertainment Richard Cowles added: "We pulled out all the stops to try and make the series happen in Australia.

"Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and despite us looking at many different contingencies, it became apparent that it just wasn’t possible for us to travel and make the show there.

"However, we are all really excited about a UK version of ‘I’m a Celebrity’. While it will certainly be different producing the show from the UK, the same tone and feel will remain."
