Paige Turley and Finley Tapp move in together

Paige Turley and Finn Tapp have moved in together.

The ‘Love Island’ champs – who were crowned winners on the first winter edition in February – went into lockdown at Paige’s parents’ house in Scotland, and they have finally been able to move into their first home in Manchester.

Speaking to OK! magazine, Paige said: "I got quite teary. Finn came down in a van and I came down in the car.

"It was the first time I’d seen it and I got here first. I FaceTimed him and he got teary because I was teary."

The 22-year-old singer decided to move from her hometown in West Lothian, and Finn, 20, is moving from his home in Milton Keynes after they both "fell in love" with the north-west city.

Paige previously said: "I totally love Scotland. I’ve never had a reason to move away from it.

"I think Glasgow might be a bit rough for Finn. They’d eat him alive! Ha ha. I’m joking. I think it would be a bit unfair of me to take him away from his comforts."

Finn added: "Likewise. It’s a bit of a middle ground."

Paige said: "I’ve been on one night out to Manchester and I’m like, ‘I love Manchester – let’s move to Manchester!’ "

What’s more, Finn is planning to pop the question "soon" after their time spent in lockdown has made them closer than ever.

He explained: "I’m not going to wait – I want to propose soon! I don’t want to say a timescale as it’s going to be a surprise."

And he had an idea of how he would get down on one knee shortly after they left the ‘Love Island’ villa.

Speaking just after the final, he said: "I’ve got an idea of how I would want to propose. .. I have thought about marriage with Paigey."
