Finley Tapp: I’m desperate to hug my mum

Finley Tapp is desperate to hug his mum.

The ‘Love Island’ star has been separated from his mum during the coronavirus lockdown and he’s now eager to be reunited with her, as the restrictions are eased.

He shared: "I haven’t seen her for … This year, obviously I had six weeks in the villa.

"I could count on one hand the amount of times I saw her outside the villa, being so busy here and there. And then it was lockdown so I haven’t seen her a lot this year, so it will definitely be my mum [who I want to hug most]."

Finley, 20, also revealed he’s looking forward to going on holiday with his girlfriend Paige Turley later in the year.

Asked if he has any holiday plans, Finley told Metro.co.uk: "Me and Paige wanted to go to Dubai after the villa. We wanted to get back, sort a few things out and head up to Dubai.

"But obviously that got pushed back a little bit, so I think that’ll be somewhere that we want to go.

"My family are also going on holiday and we’ve got an invite to that, so that might be something we tag along to as well."

Meanwhile, Finley revealed earlier this month that he wants to marry Paige.

The TV star found love with the blonde beauty in January, when they met on the first-ever winter series of ‘Love Island’, and he’s already planning to tie the knot.

Asked about their future plans, he said: "I certainly do want to get married.

"I’ve always thought … Marriage doesn’t really necessarily change how you’re feeling about someone, it’s just a nice thing to do.

"I suppose marriage is something that will happen when you feel it’s right."
