AJ and Curtis Pritchard want BGT job

AJ and Curtis Pritchard want to present ‘Britain’s Got Talent’.
The former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional and his ‘Love Island’ contestant brother are teaming up as a presenting partnership and have set their sights on fronting prime time entertainment shows.
Asked the kind of work they’re looking for, AJ said: "The number one variety show is ‘Britain’s Got Talent’. That would be the dream show."
Curtis added: "Our dream would also be to create our own. To present our own creation would be magical."
AJ agreed: "Yeah something like the kind of TV Bruce Forsyth did."
And AJ also hinted he’d be keen to be a judge or presenter on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ because he insisted he’d only return to the show in the future if he had something else to do.
Speaking in a joint interview with New! magazine, he said: "If I was going to go back, I would go back in a different capacity. But it’s a fantastic show and I’ll always have love for it."
The 25-year-old dancer admitted his departure from ‘Strictly’ had been in the pipeline for a year before he announced he’d quit as he was keen to leave the show on a high.
He said: "I’d thought about it for a year. I’ve done four fantastic years, which I’ve absolutely loved, an it’s good to end on a high, and pursue things that make you passionate.
"I feel like if you stick with a show for too long, maybe you’ll become sad and leave on a low. So leaving on a high was the main thing and the team has been very supportive."
For now, the brothers’ career plans are on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
AJ said: "We’ve been in talks with lots of different people.
"The problem is, what we would be starting now has been moved back three to five months and keeps getting moved back due to the situation we’re in.
"It’s hard, but we know everything is positive."
