A fan caught the moment on camera and thousands of girls can be heard screaming in a video posted on YouTube as the cheeky pop star twists around to flash the audience.
The 20-year-old singer has a number of designs, including a roulette wheel, a butterfly on his chest and a new feather inking, and it seems he’s not ready to end his mission to cover himself in tattoos.
