Freddie Flintoff names newborn son after hometown

Freddie Flintoff has named his newborn son after his home city.
The 42-year-old former England cricket captain has welcomed his fourth child with wife Rachael Wools, 39, and has paid tribute to his birthplace, Preston, by naming his four-month-old son after the Lancashire city.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Freddie said: "Little Preston was born at Christmas – it is the first time I’ve actually spoken about it."
Freddie – who also has kids Holly, 15, Corey, 14, and Rocky, 12 – first announced his wife’s pregnancy at the Attitude Awards in October.
The couple – who married in 2005 – were said to be "over the moon" with their bundle of joy.
An insider said: "They’re over the moon to be expecting again. It’s been exciting news for all the family."
The ‘Top Gear’ presenter has been spending the current coronavirus lockdown with his family at their home in Greater Manchester, and has loved spending more quality time with his newborn son.
He continued: "But yeah, we have got another baby and it has been nice spending time with him."
Freddie is set to join Holly Willoughby and Alex Scott for ‘The Real 2020 Games’, which will see celebrities take part in a number of Olympic-style events.
The Olympics-themed show was due to air at the same time as the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, but it has since been postponed due to the pandemic.
ITV bosses are said to have lined up some "big-name stars" for the programme.
An insider previously revealed: "There is a real buzz around it and everyone is hoping it looks as good on screen as it does on paper.
"A number of big-name stars are being signed up to take part.
"They’ll be split into teams and trained to compete in certain sports, like shot put and synchronised swimming."
