Former EastEnders star Tony Discipline hints at Walford return

Tony Discipline has hinted at an ‘EastEnders’ return for Tyler Moon.
The 30-year-old actor – who appeared on the BBC One soap from 2011 until the character was written out two years later – has sent his social media followers wild after teasing the possibility of a Walford comeback.
Sharing a holiday snap of the sea on Twitter, he wrote: "Tyler’s still on a cruise out there somewhere.
"Is it time to come back to walford? @bbceastenders (sic)"
Tony’s fans seemed keen on the idea, one simply saying "yes" alongside a heart eyes emoji.
Another follower replied: "It would be so amazing if you both came back wtf (sic)"
The former soap star – whose alter-ego enjoyed an on/off on screen romance with Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) – also shared the same post on Instagram.
When a follower urged him to return, he joked: "I am. Speak to Whitney."
Away from Albert Square, Tony – who does voiceover work for Excellent Talent – has kept busy, working as an agent for Williamson & Holmes and co-founding social media group All So Pro.
The actor admitted in 2017 that he didn’t want to leave the soap in the first place.
He explained: "When it was time to leave the show, I didn’t want to go – however, there were no more storylines for Tyler.
"The best thing to do was have him go off on that cruise, but it’s been a blimmin’ long holiday. I think it’s time he came back.
"When I got the call for ‘EastEnders’, it was like winning the lottery. I was working at Billingsgate Fish Market in the day and going to acting classes at night. It was so surreal to go from selling sea bass to being stopped in the street and asked for a picture."
