Hayden Panettiere fell down the stairs after the Met Gala on Monday night (05.05.14).
The 24-year-old actress took a tumble at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City earlier this week after her glamorous Tom Ford dress got caught up under her feet.
The ‘Nashville’ star was making her way out of the annual event, held by Anna Wintour, when she stepped on the back of her dress and toppled over.
However, the blonde beauty managed to elegantly save herself from landing on the ground and revealing her knickers, before smiling sweetly at photographers.
She continued down the stairs after the mishap but made sure she lifted up the frock so that she didn’t make the same mistake again.
Meanwhile, Hayden recently revealed she and her fiancé Wladimir Klitschko were delaying their wedding due to the current fighting in Ukraine, as the boxer’s brother, Vitali, is involved in the reform efforts over there.
She said previously: "Everything that’s happening in Ukraine definitely put a hold on things. But we have time."
The couple started dating in 2009 and announced their engagement in October last year.
