Jacqueline Jossa is set to reunite with her ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ campmate Caitlyn Jenner.
The 27-year-old actress bonded with the reality star when they appeared on the ITV show together late last year, and Jacqueline – who won the show – has joked they’re now "best mates" as they’re set to hang out for the first time since leaving the Australian jungle.
In a video posted to Instagram on Wednesday (22.01.20), the former ‘EastEnders’ star gushed: "Potentially I am going to see Caitlyn Jenner this weekend, good news all round! It’s all very exciting – I’m best mates with Caitlyn Jenner!"
Jacqueline then clarified that the pair aren’t quite "best" friends yet, but they’re well on their way to having a close bond.
She added: "Okay, obviously we’re not best mates but still – we’re friends, actually friends!"
Caitlyn, 70, hasn’t been able to meet up with Jacqueline as she lives in Los Angeles whilst the soap star lives in England, but this weekend the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star will be in the UK for two talks – one in Newport in Wales, and one in Brighton – so will be making time for her new pal whilst she’s on UK soil.
During their time in the jungle, Jacqueline made no secret of the fact she admires Caitlyn and her famous family, and was surprised when Caitlyn got her youngest daughter Kylie Jenner to send her a video message to congratulate her on winning the show.
She recalled: "I got a video message.
"She [Kylie] was like, ‘Oh my god Jacqueline’. She said my name.
"And then she was like, ‘You’ve done so well. We’re so proud of you’. I screamed."
