Charlotte Crosby to star in Australian version of I’m A Celebrity

Charlotte Crosby is to star in the Australian version of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’.
The 29-year-old reality TV star has confirmed she is joining the new series of the show – which is filmed in South Africa – and joked she is glad she no longer has to Photoshop her head onto the "English line-up" anymore.
She wrote on Twitter: "Wondered why I’ve been quiet?!?! IM ONLY GOING IN THE GOD DAM SOUTH AFRICAN JUNGLE for @ImACelebrityAU finally my dreams have come true and I don’t have to photoshop my head on the English line up anymore
"see you soon my jungle buddies (sic)"
In November 2016, Charlotte revealed she had been "banned" from taking part in the UK edition of the show – which is shot in Australia, and hosted by Ant and Dec – because she had appeared on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’.
She said at the time: "I can’t go on as they won’t have us, I’ve been banned because I was on ‘Big Brother’ and they won’t follow suit."
Her comments came after she posted on Twitter that she was heading into the Australian jungle.
In October 2016, she wrote: "Yep I am going on @imacelebrity I can’t wait. so excited man (sic)"
But just over an hour later, she wrote: "That was a joke btw."
Her tweet joking she was appearing on the UK show earned more than 37,000 likes, prompting Charlotte to hope the producers would invite her on.
She said: "Everyone was so excited so I’m hoping it gave the producers the push to think they should let me on the show, my fans were so upset because they want us on.
"I’m not allowed on that as they don’t think I’m PG enough. Kids love me though. I’m gonna try me best to get on that."
