Jenny Ryan wants to be a West End star

Jenny Ryan dreams of being a West End star.
The 37-year-old quizzer – nicknamed The Vixen on ‘The Chase’ – has been wowing the judges during ‘X Factor: Celebrity’ this year with her performances, and she would love her run on the ITV talent show to lead to roles on stage.
When asked what the dream result from the singing competition would be, Jenny told Metro newspaper: "Yes. I’d really love to get a chance to tread the boards in the West End, that would be incredible.
"To perform live would be amazing but that’s a huge thing to undertake. Still, I reckon I could handle eight shows a week – after ‘The Chase’ that would be part-time."
Before taking to the stage on ‘X Factor: Celebrity,’ The Vixen has had plenty of experience performing from her teen years, but she still didn’t feel prepared for the world of pop.
She explained: "A lot of my early experience in my teens was in amateur theatrical productions, singing in musicals or with a choir… But pop singing is different so I’m trying to learn a different technique and take the advice I’m getting from Nicole [Scherzinger] and the vocal coaches."
The Vixen has also dreamed of another huge stage performance – the ‘Eurovision Song Contest’
She laughed: "Ha ha, I’ve dreaming about that a lot. I’ll throw my hat into the ring if anyone’s got a song for me."
Meanwhile, Jenny recently challenged the judges – Nicole, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh – to appear on ‘The Chase’.
She previously said: "I could take on Simon. I’d love to get him on ‘The Chase’, see how he copes in my world!"
