Neil Jones’ ‘hard’ Strictly watch

Neil Jones admitted it was "hard" to watch his ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ partner Alex Scott dance with Kevin Clifton.
The pro dancer recently missed two weeks of the BBC Latin and ballroom show because of injury, and felt he had let Alex down when he was unavailable to dance.
Speaking on Wednesday’s episode (13.11.19) of ‘This Morning’, Neil said: "It was hard, I didn’t care about my injury, at that moment I thought about Alex, I felt like I let her down because I got injured."
The pair also discussed how Neil, 37, picked up the injury whilst rehearsing for the Halloween episode.
He explained: "It was the weirdest thing, we had these proton packs on as we were doing ‘Ghostbusters’.
"I thought it came off and hit me on the back of the leg.
"I looked down and continued, then I was like ‘OK, something funny has happened.’
"It was just a pain, a little sprain in the muscle, I couldn’t walk on it."
Former England footballer Alex, 35, described how Kevin had 45 minutes to learn the routine with her.
She said: "Because it happened so quickly, Kev was there, I was teaching him the routine, Neil icing his leg saying, ‘No, do this,’ me saying, ‘Kev, go for this, do that!’
"Kevin was great, he was like, ‘We have to get you through this routine, Alex."
