Beverley Callard thinks of Anne Kirkbride on daily basis

Beverley Callard misses Anne Kirkbride "every day".
The ‘Coronation Street’ actress – who plays Liz McDonald in the ITV soap – lost her good friend when she died in January 2015 aged 60, and she still thinks of her on a daily basis.
She wrote on Twitter: "Miss her every day! X (sic)"
Bev’s tweet came in response to an Anne super-fan who said on Tuesday (08.10.19) it was five years to the day since the late actress was last on ‘Corrie’ in her role as the lovable Deirdre Barlow.
They wrote: "REMEMBERING THE WONDERFULLY BEAUTIFUL AND TALENTED ANNE ‘Annie’ KIRKBRIDE WHOS LAST TV SCENE ON THE COBBLES WAS 5 YEARS AGO YESTERDAY AND STILL VERY MUCH MISSED. 8th OCTOBER 2014. (sic)"
Last year, ‘The Thunder Girls’ star Bev admitted she was surprised how quickly the time had gone since Anne’s passing.
She said: "I’m still in touch with her brother, and his wife Jackie, and her two nephews, who are really talented musicians.
"It will be four years in January, believe it or not. It’s gone so fast, especially at work.
"Liz and Deirdre were just great. We knew exactly what each other would do and how we would play a scene, so yeah I do miss her."
Deirdre was later killed off in July 2015 on her 60th birthday after actress Anne died in January that year aged 60 following a short illness.
