Lana Del Rey confirms relationship with cop Sean ‘Sticks’ Larkin

Lana Del Rey has confirmed she’s dating ‘Live PD’ cop Sean ‘Sticks’ Larkin.
The ‘F*** It I Love You’ singer was recently photographed by paparazzi with the 45-year-old real-life law enforcement officer – who appears in the US TV series – and Lana, who is normally guarded about her romantic life, has opened up about her new man for the first time and insisted she isn’t worried about what her fans may think of her dating a cop.
When asked about being snapped in Central Park in New York last week, she quipped: "I didn’t know we were being photographed. I would’ve worn something different."
She added: "It’s funny because I was with someone for years and we never had that problem."
And when quizzed on whether she is bothered what reaction she will get from being in a relationship with a police officer, she said: "Well, the thing is, he’s a good cop. He gets it. He sees both sides of things."
The 34-year-old star says she doesn’t mind her fans wanting to know all the details of her personal life.
She said: "Hell no. I care about what Bob Dylan is doing right now. I’m curious to know if he’s wearing a hoodie or a blazer. I get it."
The ‘Video Games’ hitmaker’s last public relationship was with rapper G-Eazy in 2017.
The ‘Cherry’ singer began dating the producer in April, but they went their separate ways in July that year.
Lana – who split from Italian photographer Francesco Carrozzini in 2015 – previously insisted she is "the best" girlfriend because she is "unconditionally understanding", "very loving", and will want to be with her beau all the time.
She said: "I actually am the best girlfriend because I only get into a relationship if I’m really excited about it.
"I’m unconditionally understanding, very loving and I like to be with that person for a lot of the time."
The singer also claimed "not all" of her relationships have been "bad", although some partner’s she has been romantically attached to have "challenged" her, which she never wanted to happen.
She explained: "All the tough things that I have been through – that I’ve drawn upon [in my work] – don’t exist for me anymore. Not all my romantic relationships were bad, but some of them challenged me in a way that I didn’t want to be challenged and I am happy I don’t have to do that now."
