Michelle Hardwick has married Kate Brooks.
The ‘Emmerdale’ actress and the ITV soap’s producer tied the knot in Memphis, Tennessee, at the Chapel in the Woods, at the late, great Elvis Presley’s Graceland estate.
She wrote on Instagram: "In over 100 degrees heat, on Tuesday 10th September, I became Mrs Brooks #graceland #chapelinthewoods #memphis #nextstopnashville (sic)"
Michelle – who plays Vanessa Woodfield in the soap – wore a white jumpsuit for the occasion, and Kate donned a white dress.
The happy couple then travelled for more than 200 miles to Nashville for their honeymoon, where they checked into the Hutton Hotel and were delighted to be upgraded.
Michelle tweeted: "Thank you so much for our bubbly and upgrade to a suite @HuttonHotel
"All your staff have been delightful (sic)"
Michelle revealed in December she had popped the question to Kate after "months of planning".
She wrote on Twitter: "So after months of planning, I popped the question!!! She said yes!!! #loveislove #noordinaryproposal @katebrooks (sic)"
Kate even joked the proposal was worth missing the ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ finale for.
She tweeted: "Thank you for all the love #shedidgood #whataweekend #worthmissingthejunglefor (sic)"
Their announcement came just two months after Michelle confirmed her romance with Kate on National Coming Out Day, which occurs annually on October 11, by sharing two black and white images.
She added the caption: "It will all work out in the end #behappy #nationalcomingoutday #loveislove @thekatebrooks (sic)"
Michelle confirmed in April 2018 she was in a new relationship, after getting divorced from her long-term partner Rosie Nicholl in 2017 – less than 12 months after their wedding.
