Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea are ‘exclusively dating’

‘Love Island’ winners Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea are "exclusively dating" but taking their time
The pair left the villa as champions last week despite only meeting late on the ITV2 dating show, and while they aren’t classing their romance as a relationship just yet, things are going well.
Appearing on ITV’s ‘Loose Women’ on Tuesday (06.08.19), Amber said: "We’re exclusively dating, but we’re not official yet."
Although there was some confusion on the daytime panel show about what the term actually meant, Greg explained they don’t want to rush things after only knowing each other for a matter of weeks.
He added: "You have to remember we only met each other for the first time on July 15… We’re definitely gong in the right direction.
"I can definitely see us getting there, but we haven’t know each other for a full month yet. She needs to meet my friends and family.
"I’ve met her family and friends – lovely people, really welcoming – but she hasn’t met my friends yet."
Amber and Greg triumphed in this year’s final over long-term favourites Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague, but with the couple holding off on confirming they are in an official relationship, bosses are stalling on a spin-off show.
It’s said producers are reluctant to shoot a programme about the pair while their future could be uncertain.
An insider said: "It’s been a publicity disaster in previous years, when couples split before their show aired or appeared to get back together just as the programmes came out."
Last year’s winners Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham landed spin-off ‘Jack & Dani: Life After Love Island’ but the pair split in December, shortly before the show broadcast in January, before reconciling, and they eventually confirmed their break-up in April.
