The Grand Tour trio rake in £82,000 a day

Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond set up W. Chump and Sons Limited together with producer Andy Williams and the financial reports filed to Companies House revealed that their total turnover last year was £30.6million with total profit reaching £2.3million.
According to the Daily Star, a formal statement attached to the report explained: "The profit was driven by the television programming produced during the period ended 31 December 2017.
"The directors are keen to continue focusing on producing quality programmes whilst ensuring that the company’s overheads remain stable."
The company put out £26.5m in sales costs, which means it spent roughly £2.4m on each episode of season two of the Amazon show.
As the four company directors had such profitable year, they were able to pay themselves an impressive £150,000 salary.
Following its huge success, ‘The Grand Tour’ looks set to continue to season five and beyond.
The show’s trio of presenters have hinted the Amazon programme could potentially keep motoring on until at least a fifth series, after admitting they have signed up to carry on "for a few more years yet".
Jeremy previously said: "We’re delighted to say Amazon have asked us to do more.
"When we finished three we talked to Amazon and they said, ‘Oh no we’d be delighted,’ and they seemed to love us so consequently you’ve got us for a few more years yet."
For their current third series, the stars have travelled around the globe through Colombia, Mongolia, China and Detroit.
