John Legend thinks he’ll be a "good dad".
The ‘All Of Me’ singer, who married Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen last year, is looking forward to starting a family with his wife and isn’t daunted by the thought of becoming a father for the first time.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I’m looking forward to it [having children]. We definitely want to have multiple kids, I don’t like the only child thing.
"I grew up with three siblings … I like the idea of that. Hopefully, if our biological processes are working, we’ll have a few. I think I’d be a pretty good dad. The hardest part would be with my schedule and my travel, but I have the temperament to be a good dad."
The 35-year-old star will encourage his children to listen to music and appreciate art, even if they don’t show talent for either.
He said: "I’d like them to have good taste in music, even if they’re not talented. I think if you surround them with art and music they just find what they love to do the most. Whether it’s music, painting or dancing. I want them to have an appreciation for art."
