James Argent’s weight loss inspired by Gemma Collins

James Argent was inspired to lose weight by girlfriend Gemma Collins.
The ‘TOWIE’ star’s partner has lost two stone during training for the upcoming series of ‘Dancing On Ice’, and he has been motivated to kick start 2019 with his own fitness regime.
He told The Sun newspaper’s TV Bizarre column: "I need to get back in the gym. I’m desperate to get back on track.
"My fitness is my number one New Year resolution – but I find it so difficult."
Arg also revealed other goals for the next 12 months, including plans to reform his band and land a reality show with his girlfriend.
He added: "I want to get back into my boxing, set my band up and secure a show on TV with myself and Gemma."
His comments come after the star recently teased a potential comeback to ‘The Only Way is Essex’.
He told BANG Showbiz: "Next year The Arg Band is reforming, plenty of singing gigs, potentially Gemma and I are doing our own show together, maybe go back to ‘TOWIE’ see if I feel it’s right, see how it goes."
Meanwhile, the former ‘Jump’ contestant also heaped praise on Gemma for her dedication to training for ‘Dancing On Ice’, and revealed she has been inspired by UFC star Conor McGregor.
He said: "She’s working extremely hard, she’s been on time every day from what I have been told, she hasn’t missed a single session and I think she’s going to shock a lot of people.
"There’s a famous line that she uses from Conor McGregor: ‘I’m not here to take part, I’m here to take over.’ "
