Camilla Ainsworth ‘overwhelmed’ to be in Apprentice final

Camilla Ainsworth feels "overwhelmed" to have made it to ‘The Apprentice’ final alongside Sian Gabbidon.
The 22-year-old nut milk brand owner and the 25-year-old swimwear brand owner will go head-to-head in the finale of the business reality show on Sunday (16.12.18), and Camilla is delighted to be in an all-female final.
In an exclusive interview with BANG Showbiz, she said: "I’m feeling absolutely amazing, it’s just overwhelming the fact that we’re both female, both from the north, both in our 20s – that’s gonna make history in itself and I’m really proud to be part of it."
Sian added: "It’s an amazing feeling. Do you know what? It’s such a crazy experience that you can’t put into words how it feels to get to the final.
"You know, we’ve got everything, we’re both northern, we’re young girls, we’ve got successful businesses. It’s crazy."
In order to make the final, the contestants had to progress through the notoriously gruelling interview process, and Camilla confessed it was much more "brutal" than she’d expected.
She said: "It was brutal. It was a very raw, very exposed process and you know everything that you’ve worked on for however long has been scrutinised.
"For me, it was just about proving to the interviewers that my business had legs and just trying to communicate the huge potential that my business had, but I don’t think I expected it to be as brutal as it was. "
Sian added: "For me, you kind of go in there you’re an open book and you’re there to be scrutinised but it was an opportunity to get some feedback, and to use it and to almost be prepared to answer any questions that were thrown at you."
