Rita Ora to perfrom on Top of the Pops Christmas special

Rita Ora, Clean Bandit and George Ezra will perform on the ‘Top of the Pops’ Christmas special.
The musicians will also be joined by Liam Payne, Jess Glynne, Sigrid, and Freya Ridings on the Christmas Day (25.12.18) special, and the likes of Anne-Marie and Mabel will appear on the new year’s episode on December 29th on the BBC, hosted by Fearne Cotton and Clara Amfo.
Rita said: "’Top of the Pops’ has always, and will always be such an iconic show!
"It’s one of my favourites to perform on and I’m so excited to be part of your Christmas Day!"
George added: "It’s an honour and a pleasure to be playing this year’s festive ‘Top of the Pops’.
"I watched it as I was growing up and so excited to be getting involved myself, expect all the bells and whistles. Big smiles over here. See you there!"
The Christmas Day special will also feature performances from Jax Jones and Ina Wroldson, Jonas Blue with Liam and Lennon Stella, Rudimental with Jess and Dan Caplen, Tom Walker, and Zara Larsson.
The new year’s special will include performances from B Young, Christine and the Queens, Jonas Blue and Jack and Jack, Lewis Capaldi, Tom Grennan, Tom Odell and Rae Morris, and Years and Years.
‘Top of the Pops Christmas’ will be on BBC One on Tuesday December 25th at 12.30pm, and ‘Top of the Pops New Year’ will be on BBC One on Saturday December 29th at 5.10pm.
