Mollie Winnard waitressing after Corrie exit

Mollie Winnard is working as a waitress after her ‘Coronation Street’ stint came to an end.
The 21-year-old actress played villainous Kayla Clifton on the ITV soap until her exit in July, but she is still struggling to find her next big role.
Despite winning the prize for Best Bad Girl at the Inside Soap Awards this week, she told The Sun newspaper’s TV Bizarre column: "For the time being I’ve gone back to my day job.
"I waitress as a second job. I’ve gone from being a real waitress to a pretend waitress back to being a real one."
Mollie’s character wasn’t killed off, and the soap star – who is "waiting to hear back" on a couple of auditions – would "love to go back" to the cobbles.
She added: "I loved playing Kayla and I think there’s more I could explore with her.
"So I’d love to go back. There are no plans of yet."
Although Kayla only appeared on the show for a relatively brief period of time as she terrorised Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) as revenge for her rapist father Nathan Curtis (Christopher Harper).
In her final scenes, she let Bethany go after finding out her dad was guilty, and accepting the truth about he’d done.
Opening up on the recognition she has received for such a tough storyline, she told the Metro: "I was only there for three months and all the voting for it started when all those scenes had finished on screen so the fact I had made that much of an impact to win I am gobsmacked."
