Cheryl making X Factor return

Cheryl will return to ‘The X Factor’ in November.
The 35-year-old singer – who was a judge on the talent show from 2008 to 2011 and again in 2014-2015 – has reportedly agreed to sing her comeback single, ‘Love Made Me Do It’, on the show, marking her first performance in four years.
Cheryl was inundated with offers to debut the track on various TV shows but decided to stay "loyal" to ‘X Factor’, rather than performing on one of its rivals.
A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Inevitably, all of the big TV shows have been fighting to get Cheryl’s first performance as it will be a huge ratings winner.
"But she has decided to remain loyal to ‘The X Factor’ rather than give the exclusive to its rival, BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
"And Cheryl will be pulling out all of the stops to make sure that this is one of her most talked-about performances to date."
But the expletive-ridden song – which references Cheryl’s recent split with ex-boyfriend Liam Payne – will be toned down for the prime time TV slot.
The source added: "Cheryl will perform the radio-friendly version, rather than having some of her lyrics bleeped out."
It was recently revealed the song is very "edgy" an as well as her split from Liam – the father of Cheryl’s 18-month-old son Bear – the former Girls Aloud singer has also drawn reference to her failed marriages to Ashley Cole and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini on the track.
A source said: "It is a very edgy pop-dance track and not a typical song which you would expect from Cheryl.
"She’s not holding back on her feelings and inevitably it will lead to a lot of speculation."
