Tim Allen reveals Toy Story 4 scene made him emotional

Tim Allen struggled to get through the final scene in ‘Toy Story 4’ because he found it so emotional.
The 65-year-old actor voices the part of Buzz Lightyear in the money-spinning movie franchise, and Tim has revealed the film is an "incredibly great story".
Asked whether he’s been working hard on the movie, Tim explained: "Yes, I gotta resist getting emotional. I don’t want to give it away, but this is an incredibly great story.
"It is so emotional, it’s so funny, it’s so big, the idea they’ve come up with, I’m startled. I couldn’t even get through the last scene. I would love to be a Washington leaker."
Despite this, Tim tried his best to not reveal too many of the film’s secrets.
He told ‘The Talk’: "I just can’t do it. I can’t give any more away. They’ve got great characters but a couple of scenes toward the end were really hard to get through."
In spite of being one of the most anticipated releases of 2019, Rashida Jones and her writing partner Will McCormack walked away from the project last year over "creative and philosophical differences".
In a statement, she added: "There is so much talent at Pixar and we remain enormous fans of their films. But it is also a culture where women and people of colour do not have an equal creative voice, as is demonstrated by their director demographics: out of the 20 films in the company’s history, only one was co-directed by a woman and only one was directed by a person of colour.
"We encourage Pixar to be leaders in bolstering, hiring, and promoting more diverse and female storytellers and leaders. We hope we can encourage all those who have felt like their voices could not be heard in the past to feel empowered."
