Kerry Katona happy with new man

Kerry Katona’s new relationship is "going well".
The former Atomic Kitten singer – who has Molly, 17, and Lilly-Sue, 15, with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 11, and Max, 10, with second spouse Mark Croft, and Dylan-Jorge, four, with third husband George Kay – is romancing personal trainer Ryan Mahoney and although she’s happy with how things are progressing she’s reluctant to say too much about their life together after seeing her problems play out in public in the past.
Speaking to New! magazine, she said: "Yes, I’m in a relationship, I’m very happy, I live on my own, I’m a single parent and I’m not going to make the same mistakes by having a public relationship again.
"It’s early days and I want to leave it there. I’m still working on me as a person – I’m always learning something new about myself. It is what it is and it’s going well … No one knows anything and I’d like to keep it that way."
Despite her personal issues in the past, the 39-year-old star doesn’t blame fame for her problems because she thinks the music industry "saved" her and she’s just been a victim of her own bad choices.
As a result, she’d never discourage her own children from following in her footsteps.
She said: "Until this year I’ve always said no but me being in the pop industry wasn’t why my life became a car crash.
"The pop industry saved me. If I’d stayed where I was in Warrington, in a foster home, doing drugs, I would have ended up dead. The reason my life spiralled out of control was down to my bad decisions and my bad choices. Whatever my kids want to do, I’ll support them."
