Zara Larsson teases ’emotional’ comeback single

Zara Larsson has teased her comeback single is an "emotional" one.
The Swedish pop sensation was having a "really tricky" time trying to figure out which track should be the lead single on her much-anticipated follow-up to her 2017 debut LP ‘So Good’, but she has now settled on a "catchy" number which she can’t wait for her fans to hear soon.
According to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "It’s coming together it really is, the hardest part for me was probably to pick a single, that was really tricky.
"I hope people like it as I do a lot and I feel it’s a really catchy, emotional song, but still a little pop."
Letting her loyal following know she was tucked away writing in April, she tweeted: "Busy the studio errrrrrrdaiiii (sic)"
The album progress update came after she admitted at the end of last year that her second album was sounding "sexy".
Zara also revealed that she had penned two songs with MNEK, who she co-wrote ‘Never Forget You’ with, though she wasn’t sure if they’ll make the final cut.
She said: "I started two-and-a-half months ago with MNEK and we wrote two amazing songs.
"I’m not sure if they’ll make the album yet, but I love to work with him. He is such a blessing to work with. Ever since that session it’s been going super well.
"It’s very early but for now, it’s kind of mysterious and a little sexy, but still pop, of course."
The ‘I Would Like’ hitmaker previously teased that her next album will also be "cheesy" because it’s all about being in love.
She tweeted previously: "Hello everyone I just wanted to tell y’all than I’m in love so the next album will probably be cheesy (sic)"
Meanwhile, Zara revealed she hopes she can go on a world tour soon.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz about where she’d most like to perform, the 20-year-old singer said: "I would love to go to china. I just wanna see what that’s all about. I would love to go to Brazil, oh my god Brazil. I can’t wait. I heard they are crazy over there so I would like to go over there."
