Vick Hope’s gruelling Strictly rehearsals

Vick Hope’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional partner Graziano Di Prima has been "pushing" her in rehearsals.
The Capital FM presenter admitted that she is finding it difficult to juggle her day job as a breakfast radio host with rehearsals and said Graziano has been putting her through her paces.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at The National Lottery Awards on Friday (21.09.18) night, she said: "We’re rehearsing every day, and he’s been pushing me hard. I really underestimated how intense it would be to do my breakfast show in the morning and then do rehearsals in the afternoon, I thought it would be fine because I’m used to filming TV in the afternoons, but it’s tough. You’re using a different part of your brain and different parts of your body. I get up at 4.30 for my show. I am nervous but Graz has been helping me deal with that and calm down."
Meanwhile, Vick, 28, recently revealed her first dance on ‘Strictly’ with Graziano will be the jive to Portugal. The Man’s ‘Feel It Still’ and she is "nervous" about taking to the dancefloor on the BBC one show for the first time.
She said: "I’m quite nervous because I know that I don’t want to do something too fast because it’s a baptism of fire, it’s a bit difficult."
Vick and Graziano are up against the likes of Susannah Constantine and Anton du Beke, Katie Piper and Gorka Marquez, Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton, Dr. Ranj Singh and Janette Manrara, Faye Tozer and Giovanni Pernice, and Lee Ryan and Nadia Bychkova in the battle to lift the 2018 Glitterball trophy.
The National Lottery Awards will air on Wednesday 26th September at 10.45pm on BBC One.
