Kim Kardashian West’s doctor ordered her to stop taking selfies.
The 37-year-old reality star is a prolific posters of photos of herself on social media and she wouldn’t even let an injured wrist get in her way of sharing pictures and clips to promote her fragrance line.
Instead, Kim enlisted a crew member from ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ to use her phone to find her perfect angle and shoot photos and video for her instead.
In scenes set to air on the show on Sunday (09.09.18), Kim said: "My hand hurts. I forgot my brace… Paxy, will you come over here and help me?"
Her sister, Khloe Kardashian, interjected to ask: "What are you having her do?"
The ‘Selfish’ writer – who has children North, five, Saint, two, and Chicago, eight months, with husband Kanye West – attempted to lift up her phone but could not raise it all the way to record the video she wanted to post on her social media accounts to wanted the crew member to do it instead.
She explained: "The doctor says I can only hold my phone like this. So, I’m having Paxy take my pics so I can rest my hands."
Paxy then helped Kim take a short video to promote the launch of her Valentine’s Day Kimoji Hearts perfume.
And Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, thought her daughter had come up with a great idea and even admitted she wanted to "poach" the crew member herself to do the same job for her.
Talking to the camera, the 62-year-old momager said: "It’ll protect Kim’s hand without missing a beat on social media. I’m definitely gonna poach Paxy to be my selfie assistant."
