Kendall Jenner has reportedly "cooled things off" with Ben Simmons.
The 22-year-old model has been dating the Australian professional basketball player for three months, but it’s believed she’s since decided to call it a day between them because she was never looking for anything serious due to how busy her catwalk career is and she just wanted a relaxed summer "fling."
A source told E! News: "She always wanted to keep her options open.
"She likes Ben but she knew it was more of a summer fling.
"They both have busy careers and it is what it is.
"Kendall isn’t looking for anything serious. She had fun with Ben, but wasn’t ever fully committed or looking for a long-term, exclusive relationship."
However, Kendall’s decision to end things with the 22-year-old sportsman no doubt came as a shock to him as, earlier this month, she took him to Mexico with her half-sister Khloe Kardashian and her boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
The foursome stayed at Joe Francis’ Punta Mita villa and the siblings were pleased that they could "mix their boyfriends and friends together so well."
Since the trip, Kendall has tried to pull back from Ben and, although they’re still texting, the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star is already seeing other people.
Kendall hasn’t had the best of luck when it comes to love over the years as, prior to dating Ben, she was in a short six-month relationship with Blake Griffin.
Again, the brunette beauty decided to call things off a shortly after they began to take off as she had too much on her "plate" career-wise to think about romance.
A source said at the time: "There was nothing that caused this specifically and they will always be friends.
"She has a lot on her plate and isn’t really looking for a serious relationship."
