Chrissy Teigen "projectile puked" during her daughter’s school orientation.
The 32-year-old model was forced to apologise on social media to all the parents at her two-year-old daughter Luna’s new school on Monday (20.08.18) after she vomited her coffee upon arrival and failed to settle her three-month-old son Miles, whom she has with her husband John Legend, during a welcome presentation.
She tweeted: "hello everyone from Luna’s school orientation today. im sorry I projectile puked caffeine upon arrival, couldn’t open my eyes and had the noisiest newborn in the room. (not a joke, very sorry, see you tomorrow) (sic)"
Fans immediately tried to make the brunette beauty feel better by telling her that it’s normal to feel sick when children go off to start school for the first time.
To which Chrissy claimed it had nothing to do with "first day of school jitters" but more to do with the wine and bbq food she polished off the night before.
She explained: "Oh no it was not first day of school jitters. It was last night’s wine and Korean bbq and jet lag combo (sic)."
Another follower tried to make light of the situation by telling her that her sickie episode could be down to the fact she’s secretly pregnant with her third baby.
Chrissy – who had to rely on IVF to fall pregnant with Luna and Miles – hit back: "please lord no not right now lol (sic)."
Meanwhile, the Sports Illustrated model recently admitted that she’s still not 100 per cent confident in her own skin since giving birth to Miles in May.
Sharing a video showing off her post-baby body, she wrote on Twitter: "This is my new body. Instagram is crazy. I think it’s awesome people have killer bodies and are proud to show them off (I really do!!) but I know how hard it can be to forget what (for lack of a better word) regular ol’ bodies look like when everyone looks bonkers amazing … also I don’t really call this "body confidence" because I’m not quite there yet. I’m still super insecure. I’m just happy that I can make anyone else out there feel better about themselves!"
