Ross Adams takes a toothbrush with him everywhere he goes

‘Hollyoaks’ star Ross Adams carries a toothbrush with him everywhere he goes.
The actor – who stars as Scott Drinkwell on the long-running Channel 4 soap – has recently started to wear a brace on his teeth, and he’s taken to carrying a toothbrush with him because he fears he’ll get food caught in them.
He confessed: "This is my second week of wearing the brace on my teeth and I’m pleased to say I’ve started to get used to it. I tend to carry a toothbrush with me at all times because I hate the thought of food becoming stuck in it, but all in all, it’s not so bad."
Ross admitted that wearing the brace has made him more self-conscious about his appearance than is usually the case.
He told OK! magazine: "What has surprised me is how self-conscious I’ve become because of it.
"Even though the braces are white and nearly everyone I’ve spoken to has commented how barely noticeable they are, I have noticed that I’ve become a little less confident at flashing my pearly whites, which for someone like me who likes smiling lots, has felt weird."
However, he’s ultimately confident that the awkwardness he’s currently experiencing will eventually be worthwhile.
Ross – who first appeared on ‘Hollyoaks’ in 2015 – said: "I’m hoping that the next few months will fly by because I know the results will be worth it in the end, but boy do I wish I had them fitted as a teenager instead!"
