Kris Jenner sees Scott Disick as "one of her kids."
The 35-year-old businessman may not be dating the matriarch’s eldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian anymore but she’s adamant he’ll always be part of their family because he’s the father of her grandchildren Mason, eight, Penelope, six, and Reign, three.
Speaking on Australia’s the ‘Kyle and Jackie O Show’, the 62-year-old momager explained: "Scott’s like one of my kids.
"He is the father of my grandchildren, three of my grandchildren and he has been in our family and with us for nearly 12 years and in TV time 15 seasons. He was in Season 1 Episode 1, so Scott has been around since the dawn of time. I love him!"
After a turbulent 12-year relationship, Kourtney ended things with Scott for good because she couldn’t cope with his womanising ways and his constant boozing and partying.
He’s now dating 19-year-old model Sofia Richie but it’s been claimed that he’s hoping to get back together with Kourtney now that she’s split from her lover Younes Bendjima.
A source told PEOPLE.com: "Scott would get back with Kourtney in a heartbeat. Sofia makes him happy but they are also very on and off. It wouldn’t be surprising if Scott tried to pursue things again with Kourtney down the line."
However, the hunk will have a lot of proving to do if he does want to try again with the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star, 39, as she’s reportedly not interested in him.
An insider explained: "This is not going to happen.
"Kourtney will never get back with Scott. She’s happy that he’s doing well and spending a lot of time with the kids. She’s happy about co-parenting with Scott, but that’s it."
