Paul Chuckle: Losing Barry is ‘worst feeling ever’

Paul Chuckle has admitted it is the "worst feeling ever" losing his brother Barry Chuckle.
The ‘ChuckleVision’ star has taken to Twitter to thank fans for their well-wishes following his late sibling’s passing last weekend aged 73 after battling cancer, and Paul admits he "has to carry on" because that’s what Barry would have wanted.
He wrote on Twitter: "I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone for all your messages they’ve been hard to read but I read every one.Its the worst feeling ever but I have to carry on as I know Barry would want me to having always been so supportive of each other in both work and our personal lives (sic)"
Paul’s wife Sue posted a message of thanks to fans via his Twitter account on Sunday (05.08.18), and admitted her husband was unable to take to the site himself because he was "absolutely devastated" about Barry’s death.
The message read: "Paul has asked me to send a message to thank EVERYONE for your lovely messages this morning, he is absolutely devastated so unable to respond himself but your messages really do help and he knows Barry would so happy to know how much he was loved, Sue X (sic)"
The brothers – whose real surname is Elliott – recently filmed a new series called ‘Chuckle Time with the Chuckle Brothers’ for Channel 5 and the station aired a special episode in honour of Barry shortly after the news of his death broke.
Barry’s manager Phil Dale announced his client’s death on Sunday.
He said: "It is with great sadness that the family announce that Barry passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his wife Ann and all his family.
"The family would like to express their thanks to the many people who have been fans of the Chuckle Brothers and they know that they will share in part the great, great loss they feel."
