Love Island’s Kieran Nicholls vows to win over Kaz Crossley

‘Love Island’ newcomer Kieran Nicholls will stop at nothing to win the affections of Kaz Crossley – just one day after she and Josh Denzel officially hooked up.
The 26-year-old personal trainer is determined to get to know the 23-year-old makeup artist and tells her just as much in tonight’s (10.07.18) episode when he pulls her for a chat in the villa, insisting he will not "settle for something less".
He tells Kaz: "I want to try and get to know everyone. For me, you were the main person I was attracted to.
"I don’t want to cause any rifts. I’m going to try and get to know you more … just because you’re in a relationship, I’m not going to settle for something less."
The chat comes just a day after Josh asked her to be his girlfriend, which she accepted, but she does tell new guy Kieran that she’s "really happy" with Josh.
She says: "I’ll be honest with you, I’m really happy. Yesterday he asked me to be his girlfriend."
But later in the Beach Hut, Kieran insists that he doesn’t owe Josh, so will be trying to crack on with Kaz regardless.
He says: "When I want something, I will chase it for as long as I need it. I will make sure I respect Josh but I don’t owe him anything, I’m going to crack on with his bird."
But Kieran also has his eye on Georgia Steel, despite her being coupled up with Sam Bird, and some of his grafting moves have already impressed her.
In the Beach Hut, Georgia says: "Kieran was very bold. I was sat with Sam enjoying the sun. Next thing you know, Kieran pulls me for a chat. He doesn’t really pull me for a chat, he tells Sam to get gone. Ballsy."
She tells him: "It’s really nice to have some new people in the villa, it’s really refreshing. Me and Sam are a really new couple and we’re getting to know each other day by day … it is chilled."
Kieran doesn’t hold back, telling her they are "going to get on well".
He says: "Are you up for spending a bit of time with me and seeing how things go? I think you’re a great girl Georgia, I think we’re going to get on well."
Kieran and fellow newcomer Idris Virgo have to pick a girl each to take on a date, and Sam is hoping Georgia will remain loyal to him if she is picked.
He tells her: "I’m buzzing it’s become something more and I hope if you do go on a date with one of these guys, that solidifies that a bit. I think Kieran is definitely looking at you. He’s trying to get in my head a bit."
But she says in the Beach Hut: "My eggs are up in the air at the moment. They haven’t landed in any baskets whatsoever."
‘Love Island’ continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
