David and Victoria Beckham exchanged loving messages over social media as the couple celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary on Wednesday (04.07.18).
The 43-year-old former sportsman and Victoria, 44, spent their special day in Paris, where they enjoyed a fancy meal together and later marked the moment with sweet messages on Instagram.
Alongside a snap of them sat holding hands at their table, David – who has kids Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 13, and Harper, six, with Victoria – wrote: "19 Years WOW … This time 19 years ago I was dressed from head to toe in purple [thinking emoji] … Happy anniversary to the most amazing wife & mummy … Love You x @brooklynbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven (sic)"
Victoria also posted the same snap to her own Instagram account.
She captioned the photograph: "19 years!!! X I love u so much x (sic)"
The British fashion designer added a photograph of the expensive bottle of wine they’d ordered for their meal, while she also shared a video of David tucking into his food.
Similarly, David shared numerous photos of his food via his Instagram account.
Meanwhile, Victoria recently revealed she’s she is "trying" to be "the best wife" she can be.
The former Spice Girl admitted it can be toughing trying to balance her career with her responsibilities as a parent, but Victoria is doing her best to support her husband.
She explained: "I try really, really hard. I try hardest to be the best mother. I am trying to be the best wife and the best professional.
"When I get home I try to put the phone down and spend time with the children and spend time with David. I have the support of an incredible husband.
"We really are equal with everything we do at home with the children. When I’m away he’s the one doing the school run and doing the cooking."
