Sinitta slams Robbie Williams and Ayda Field’s possible X Factor roles

Sinitta thinks Robbie Williams and Ayda Field’s rumoured ‘X Factor’ roles must have come from a "drunken night".
The 54-year-old star doesn’t seem too impressed with the idea of the ‘Angels’ hitmaker and his wife joining her ex Simon Cowell on the judging panel of the singing competition.
Addressing the rumours, she told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: "I don’t know what happened — it’s hilarious. Because Simon’s partner Lauren [Silverman] and Ayda are friends, and Simon and Robbie are friends, I can imagine this being one drunken night over dinner.
"They’re watching a few episodes, a few funny comments came out and they thought ‘This should be the show’. It might be one of those ‘it was funny if you were there at the time’ moments."
Robbie and Ayda could be set to sit in the famous seats after Louis Walsh stepped away from the talent show, while Sharon Osbourne will only appear for the live shows.
However, Sinitta doesn’t think it will be long until the 65-year-old music manager makes a return.
She added: "The funny thing is Louis goes every couple of years then he comes back. Do you think he’s really gone? Has the fat lady sung?"
Her comments come after Robbie, 44, admitted he’s had discussions with Simon, 58, about joining the programme, and while nothing’s set in stone he’d "love" to join the team.
Appearing on ‘This Morning’, he said: "I’ve read these reports too and I would understand, because I’ve read the articles too, that people would think I’m doing ‘The X Factor’ and so is my wife. As it happens people say it every year and I always say ‘no comment’.
"There’s a lot of me that would love to do it, there’s a lot of talking but nothing has been signed. Me and Simon and Lauren and my kids and little Eric hang out a lot and we talk about a lot of things. Nothing is signed, but watch this space."
