LeAnn Rimes doesn’t let ‘little things’ bother her

LeAnn Rimes doesn’t let the "little things" bother her anymore.
The 35-year-old singer buried the hatchet with her long-time enemy Brandi Glanville earlier this year after they fell out in 2009 when it emerged that the ‘Can’t Fight the Moonlight’ hitmaker had been having an affair with her husband Eddie Cibrian.
And, although LeAnn has admitted it can be tough at times to get along, they do it for the children Jake, 11, and Mason, 14 – who Eddie has with Brandi – and they try to brush off the little blips they have along the way so that they’re just spreading "love."
Speaking to E! News, LeAnn said: "The key to doing it right? A lot of grace. A lot of not taking things personally. The kids are the most important thing and they know the love is there and like any blended family everybody sees, even though you don’t think the kids see, everybody sees the ups and down. They know everyone loves them, they know everyone is committed and we’re always there for them. As long as us adults can act like adults which seems to be an issue sometimes.I know I can speak for myself and I can speak for Eddie, but little things don’t bother us any more."
The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star has made no secret of the fact she doesn’t like LeAnn as she admitted last year that she will get her comeuppance for her adultery because the 44-year-old hunk will dump her by 2020.
She said at the time: "I think when the 10-year mark [of their marriage] comes and he leaves her and takes half her stuff, we’ll all be good together because they won’t even be related. If she doesn’t have a kid with him, then we don’t ever have to see her."
However, although Brandi had predicted that Eddie would up sticks and run away, LeAnn – who was married to Dean Sheremet when she had an affair with Eddie – believes she and the heartthrob are very much in love and still enjoy date nights.
She said recently: "It’s been good. I think respect has been a big thing for us, and stepping out for date night. I mean, we do, we have the kids half the time, so there’s always kids involved, so it’s nice to get out and kind of remember what it was like when you were first dating every once in awhile."
