Alison Hammond lands huge Hollywood movie role

Alison Hammond has landed a role in a Hollywood film as Adam Sandler’s love interest.
The 43-year-old TV personality will lend her vocal talents to ‘Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster Vacation’, which also features Selena Gomez, Joe Jonas and Chrissy Teigen, and she will play 545-year-old vampire lord Count Dracula’s lover.
Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on ‘This Morning’ while presenting live from Cannes Film Festival, she said: "I’m being serious – a lot of people think I’m joking around – I’ve actually got in a Hollywood movie.
"It’s ‘Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster Vacation’ – so it’s just my voice. It’s an animation film. It’s the third film. You’ll know that the first film made like $400 million worldwide. It’s a big film."
The ex ‘Big Brother’ star’s vocal talents will be heard on the big screen production when it is released this summer.
Speaking about her character, Alison added: "She’s beautiful, she’s got a sexy body, red hair and I’m going to have a love affair with Adam Sandler’s character."
Director Genndy Tartakovsky also recorded a video message for the presenter, offering her advice and welcoming her to the cast.
He said: "The character you’re playing is very unique so you’re going to have to bring all your talents to be successful at this.
"One piece of advice I want to give you is to visualise – so pretend you’re a beautiful woman with a giant 4ft arm … and then the voice will come naturally! Thank you and good luck."
But Alison – who was born in Birmingham – is yet to decide which accent to speak in when she films the part.
She joked: "Maybe I should do it in an American accent? What do you think? Or a Brummie accent? I don’t know what to do!"
