Holly Willoughby’s Coronation Street ‘nerves’

Holly Willoughby feels "so nervous" about filming her ‘Coronation Street’ cameo.
The 37-year-old TV presenter is to appear in the ITV soap alongside her ‘This Morning’ co-host Phillip Schofield, but she is anxious about learning all of her lines, and her fellow presenter admitted she has "masses" of words to remember for the plot.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’ today (08.05.18), Holly said: "I’m so nervous, can I just say."
Phillip added: "Literally in the last commercial break our script has been delivered … look at all your lines, there are masses."
But Holly replied: "Don’t! I’m not very good at this sort of thing."
Holly and Phillip will appear on ‘Corrie’ as part of Helen Flanagan’s exit storyline for her character Rosie Webster ahead of the star’s maternity leave, and ‘Emmerdale’ scriptwriter Sharon Marshall admitted the plot is "very funny".
Speaking to Phillip and Holly, she said: "It’s very funny. I just had a flick through. It’s going to be good.
"Don’t mess it up."
Holly replied: "You’re not helping, Sharon!"
‘Corrie’ boss Kate Oates – who will depart the soap in June – confirmed last week that the ‘This Morning’ pair will play themselves in the show.
She said: "Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby are coming in for a bit of fun and part of Helen Flanagan’s exit story.
"We’re kind of replaying a bit of a trick we have used before because Rosie has already been on shows but it will be great comedy. Phil and Holly will play themselves."
