Chrissy Teigen was thrown a surprise baby shower on Friday (27.04.18) night.
The 31-year-old model is due to welcome her second child – a son – into the world with her husband John Legend next month and her friends and family couldn’t resist throwing her a party to celebrate her impending arrival.
Kim Kardashian West, her husband Kanye West and her mother Kris Jenner attended along with Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Jen Atkin, while John entertained the guests with a sweet therapeutic piece on the piano.
The baby bash was documented on their social networking sites as Kris showed her fans an array of cakes out on display – which all had different puns and quotes using the word "legend" – and teased what they were up to.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star said: "Can you guess whose baby shower it is tonight?"
The guests also dined on Shake Shack burgers and drinks and posed for photos with Chrissy and her bump.
But the late night was clearly taking its toll on Chrissy – who also has two-year-old daughter Luna with John – as she was later seen sitting on her kitchen counter stuffing a large piece of cake into her mouth with a huge serving spoon.
But it didn’t take her long to get back into the spirit of things as she later took to her Twitter account to reveal that she and her pals had been having a "passionate discussion" about North Korea while opening her presents.
She wrote: "honestly what’s a baby shower if you don’t faintly heart a passionate discussion about North Korea while opening gifts (sic)."
Meanwhile, Chrissy recently admitted that she had found her second pregnancy harder than her first.
She said: "You realise your second pregnancy is harder because you have a kid already."
John, 39, added: "You have to divide your energy between raising a kid and and carrying one as well."
