Michael J. Fox undergoes spinal surgery

Michael J. Fox is "feeling great" after undergoing spinal surgery.
The ‘Back to the Future’ star recently underwent the surgical procedure – not related to his Parkinson’s – but is on the road to recovery now.
A statement from his representative said: "Michael J. Fox recently underwent spinal surgery unrelated to his Parkinson’s. He is recovering, feeling great, and looking forward to getting back on the golf course this summer."
Michael has been open about his health battles in the past and has revealed previously how he was told he would be "pretty much disabled" by now.
He said: "I was diagnosed [with Parkinson’s 25 years ago, and I was only supposed to work for another 10 years. I was supposed to be pretty much disabled by now. I’m far from it. This is as bad as I get, and I can still go to the store and go marketing … The biggest problem I have now is balance. That’s kind of tricky because you fall down a couple of times at 55 and you realise that you’re not 25."
And the 56-year-old actor says he "can’t stop laughing" at the symptoms of his Parkinson’s disease.
He shared: "The truth is that on most days, there comes a point where I literally can’t stop laughing at my own symptoms. Just the other morning I come into the kitchen. I pour a cup – a little trouble there. Then I put both hands around the cup. She’s watching. ‘Can I get that for you, dear?’ ‘Nah, I got it!’ Then I begin this trek across the kitchen. It starts off bad. Only gets worse. Hot java’s sloshing onto my hands, onto the floor."
