Naya Rivera and Big Sean have split up.
The 26-year-old rapper – who proposed to the ‘Glee’ star six months ago – has called off his engagement with the 27-year-old actress and has decided to end their relationship completely.
A representative for Big Sean told E! news: "After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off … Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."
Naya – who began dating the hunk in April last year – recently admitted she thought Big Sean – whose real name is Sean Anderson – would make an "amazing husband" and a "great" father to her future children.
She said earlier this year: "I think he’s going to be an amazing husband, and he’ll make a great father someday.
"He’s so kind to people, but he also wears the pants in our relationship, which I love. We Latinas are very independent and strong, so it’s even sweeter that I’ve found somebody who can let me out of that role for a minute."
The stunning star also started dipping into her domestic side after she began romancing the musician.
She said: "Latinas are really great nurturers who are great to our men; we love hard and we love to cook. The other morning I woke up and was like, ‘I need china – this table needs to be set all the time!’ Focusing on those things is where I’m at right now."
