Jamie O’Hara is asked to join The Only Way is Essex

Jamie O’Hara has been asked to join ‘The Only Way is Essex’.
The former ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ star has admitted he knows a few people who are joining the new series of the ITVBe show and he’s been asked to film some scenes too but he’d rather not because he’d end up becoming a lothario like Mark Wright did.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "A couple of my friends are going on the new series and they’ve asked me to go on there but I dunno because I’d end up getting into a relationship and it would get plastered everywhere. I’m good mates with Mark and I said I would end up like Mark and just dating everyone."
Since leaving the show in 2011, Mark went on to date and marry Michelle Keegan and is now carving out a presenting job on ‘Extra’ in the United States.
Jamie said: "Mark has absolutely killed it, he’s the absolutely ultimate from ‘TOWIE’ to making it big. He’s done really well and he looks great, he’s going out with Michelle who’s amazing as well but he’s got a character and people like him. I think he kind of ticked all the boxes. I speak to him all the time."
And the 31-year-old footballer is planning to go out and see Mark in May.
Jamie – who has three children Archie, seven, Harry, six, and George, four, with his ex-wife Danielle Lloyd – explained: "I’m going out to see him in May. I’m going to stay out there for as long as I can. I would love to work In LA – I had an opportunity a few years ago to go out and play for a team. It was for the LA Galaxy but it didn’t materialise in the end. I could have signed for Chicago as well but because the children were so young I didn’t want to be that far away from them so it was a difficult one for me to commit to go somewhere so far away. But now they’re a bit older, if the opportunity came up for me to go and work then I definitely would go out there."
