Jess Shears has undergone liposuction ahead of her wedding this year.
The ‘Love Island’ star is set to tie the knot abroad with her boyfriend Dom Lever in September and, although she’s "comfortable" in her body, she’s decided to get her lumps and bumps smoothed out with the help of 3D-lipo ahead of her big day.
Speaking to The Sun Online, she said: "After just one session, the cellulite on the back of my thighs is so much smoother, I’m so impressed and can’t wait to complete the whole course. I’m heading on a trip to Dubai tomorrow, so this has just given me that extra little boost of confidence.
"I’m comfortable in my body, but we do naturally all have things that we feel a bit insecure about, for me that’s my thighs and the bit underneath your bra, no matter what I do I find it so hard to tone up there. That’s why I think 3D-lipo is great as it’s really honing in on my problem areas and I can already notice the difference."
And that’s not the only thing she’s done to her body recently as she got her boobs "redone" just before the festive period and spoilt her man with sexy lingerie.
She said at the time: "I have had my boobs redone recently so I am going to pack lots of nice lingerie to spoil Dom with because I don’t think I’ve ever dressed up that sexy for him before. But now that I feel so confident I can’t wait."
And, although she’s relied on cosmetic surgery to help her feel better, the 23-year-old beauty has decided to go on a fish-only diet in the run up to her big day.
She said: "Dom and I have just gone pescatarian so the weight has fallen off, because you just eat fish. We’re not even doing dairy at the moment as I don’t even like dairy anyway, so we’ve both lost a bit just from that.
"But we go to the gym all the time together, and that’s it."
