Demi Lovato has found ‘self love’

Demi Lovato wants her swimsuit pictures to inspire her fans.
The 25-year-old singer – who has previously been in rehab for addiction issues, an eating disorder and self harm – has learned to "love" herself more and is in a place where she is comfortable with who she is and what she looks like.
She said: "I’ve been working on myself for the past year, more so than I’ve ever worked on myself.
"I’ve surrendered to the process of just learning to love yourself and I think it shows through my pictures.
"I post more bathing suit pictures online. I want to show my fans that it’s possible that they can get to that self love too."
The ‘Tell Me You Love Me’ singer is still a "perfectionist" who critiques her pictures, but she’s learned to embrace her flaws too.
Discussing a photo she shared on Instagram in which she didn’t particularly like how her legs looked, she said: "I’m a perfectionist. So I decided to post it anyways.
"I thought, ‘It’s me, it’s who I am and I love my body. So I’m just going to post it."
And Demi believes her new outlook has taken away the power of cruel trolls because she simply ignores their comments.
Speaking to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, she said: "I’ve taken away the power from the negative comments and the haters by not listening to them.
"If I do see [negativity], I just feel sorry for them because who leaves a negative comment on somebody’s profile on the internet?
"You have to be kind of sad to do that so I’ve taken away the power and it feels great.
"I posted [the picture] because I look so happy."
