Nathan Massey vows to grow up after becoming a dad

Nathan Massey has vowed to "grow up" after becoming a dad.
The 25-year-old reality TV star and his on/off girlfriend Cara De La Hoyde -who met each other and found fame on ITV2’s ‘Love Island’ – recently welcomed their son Freddie George and Nathan says the tot has changed his life.
Speaking to OK! magazine, he said: "I’m on top of the world. I feel amazing. It’s a love you can’t explain. It’s a shock but it feels natural. You instantly grow up. When he’s laying there I’ll do everything to make sure that he can’t be in any harm.
"I grew closer to Cara watching her go through labour. It was such a good experience.
"We’re complete and we’re so happy. Everything has calmed down. When we first came out of ‘Love Island’ it was all rushed, but now we take our time.
"We thank ‘Love Island’ for bringing us together and being the reason that Freddie is here."
Although Nathan and Cara, 27, had broken up after she got pregnant, they rekindled their romance before Freddie was born and are happier than ever.
A source recently said: "Cara and Nathan are very happy at the moment, I think the baby has bought them closer together and I’ve never seen Cara so happy."
Cara has admitted when she and Nathan had split up the television personality – who has made a string of appearances on ‘The Only Way Is Essex ‘ – has still made an effort to help her prepare for the arrival of their baby.
Speaking previously, Cara said: "He comes round and helps me sort out stuff with the nursery.
"He’ll stay for a takeaway and a film."
