Joel Dommett is engaged.
The ‘I’m A Celebrity, Extra Camp’ presenter has proposed to his model girlfriend Hannah Cooper after a year of dating.
Joel, 32, revealed the news by sharing an Instagram video of a lock changing from vacant to engaged and tagging Hannah.
Hannah, who is signed to Next Model Management, posted the same video and tagged Joel.
The engagement comes just over one year after the pair started dating.
They met after Hannah messaged Joel on Instagram following his appearance as a contestant on ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ last year.
Joel previously explained: "We met on Instagram. She sent me a cat emoji with the heart eyes.
"That is the modern equivalent of the old phrase ‘you had me at hello’, now it’s ‘you had me at cat emoji’.
"It’s so wonderful, we are so happy. She’s very beautiful, I’m a very lucky lad.
"She’s very busy as well, weirdly it works out really well because she works all the time and I work all the time and we never see each other.
"We just kind of find those moments where we both go ‘I’m free then are you free then? We are free then, go go go!’
"I’ve dated people before where they have worked a 9 to 5 or something and it works better than a 9 to 5 because I work in the evenings so it works."
And the couple recently celebrated their one-year anniversary with gushing messages on Instagram.
Hannah shared pictures of them together and wrote: "Same time. Same place. 365 Days later (sic)," while Joel wrote: "Happy one year anniversary to @hannah_cooper_ – I fell in love with you when I realised that under your stupidly pretty face you are horrifically uncool. Thanks for being ace."
